You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, coach team members on agile practices, and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove blockers and impediments for development teams.
- Coach team members on agile principles and practices.
- Track sprint metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners on backlog refinement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Ability to work with distributed teams.
